Welcome to the FlyDJs’ online resources. As with all resources, these are simply meant to act as guides. You do not have to agree with it all. In fact, simply reading through them may stir up memories of both good & bad of your own past experiences. Our Conduct & Conflict Resolution Guide is written in the 1st person and if anything, it is thought provoking and will generate conversation.
